The Drum

I like to call Durham "The Drum". Honbestly, who pronounces vowels anymore? Not anyone who's been throuhg Lfbr, that's for certain.

It has lots of hills.

So far, it has very little internet.

Normal service will resume on termination of hostilities.

THe Podium and the Grave

You know what my favourite game is? Public Speaking.

Today I get to play a special no-holds-barred version, where the audience ask me a bunch of questions and plus also I\m horibly unprepared, and I get given a mark at the end that determines whether or not I've wasted the last three months!

Yaaaaaaaaay

News dump

YES.

In other news:
  • I'm not in as deep trouble as I thought I was with my thesis. Hooray!
  • "9 Crimes" by Damien Rice initially made me want to eat a gun, but the video is so comically ridiculous that it completely deflates the song.
  • I will be drunk in 150 hours or so.

That is all!
